We had an amazing and speedy experience with BAU Mechanical! From the moment we realized we had a problem with our AC Unit, we knew we needed to call in the pros. Tim was my first point of contact. He was friendly and professional from the beginning. He walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and based on that, explained what was likely the problem and had a service call scheduled for early the next day. Adam was the tech who reached out to confirm his ETA. He was knowledgeable, friendly and prompt! I asked if I could watch what he was doing as he worked and explained, I would never try fixing this on my own, but I like to learn. He was great! He explained what he was doing along the way. Adam confirmed Tim’s suspicions that it was likely the capacitor. He showed me the part, and explained a bit about it. Adam quickly replaced it as he had the part on hand, tested it and, voila—Working AC! Adam also cleaned the filter, and waited a few minutes after I turned it back on to ensure that when I turned it back on, all was working as expected. It was truly great to have such a positive experience with friendly, knowledgeable professionals without feeling any pressure to unnecessarily jump to the conclusion of replace our unit (which was a big worry for us!). Our pool heater stopped working showed error code, we contacted Hayward manufacturer they provided HVAC contacts in our area. We chose Bau as they had reviews regarding pool heaters the others did not. Bau was great they were able to squeeze in service call same day and had parts on hand to repair. They had heater back up and running same day at a reasonable price as our heater no longer had warranty coverage. We highly recommended the company and service tech Ryan really knows his stuff when it comes to pool heaters. TY

BAU recently installed our first Air conditioning unit. They were punctual, profession and respectful. Tim was very friendly and not pushy at all. Adam and Bill had the whole unit installed by the time I got home. They were friendly and respectful to my wife and kids and were even done ahead of schedule.

Great service! Our furnace was not working had another company in and they could not determine issue said we need new Furnace. Decided to get 2nd opinion and BAU technician came and determined in 5 minutes our filter was clogged due to using humidifiers. Problem resolved. Highly recommend this company.
